Step through the grand wooden door and descend into our atmospheric cellar, where you'll be warmly embraced by the soft glow of countless candles and the rustic charm of curved brick walls.

Originally an industrial facility and waffle bakery in the early 20th century, our farm underwent a transformation in 1989. Today, it stands as the ideal setting for gatherings with friends, corporate events, business dinners, or intimate, romantic dinners for two.

Our food

Our food profile is Nordic cuisine with world influences, with fresh produce and a no waste culture, with the use of the full product.

We focus on ingredients from Norway and change our menu after what the season has
to offer.

You can choose between set menus of 3, 5 or 7 courses. We also have a vegetarian/vegan option.

Wine Cellar

We are very proud of our wine cellar. It has been developing for 30 years and has been rewarded with ”Best of Award og Excellence” from Wine Spectator several times.

It now contains almost a 1000 wines – from the everyday types to the very exclusive. We carry wines from the classical areas in Europe and more. We will gladly help you to choose a wine.
